THE CHALLENGE

When our clients approached us to sell their home, they had a clear goal: maximize their sale price in a short timeframe, without sacrificing quality in the presentation. But the path wasn’t exactly straightforward.

They were navigating:

  • A competitive neighborhood with several similar listings already on the market

  • Limited time and resources for prep, staging, and marketing

  • Concerns about price as what they needed to break even was above the surrounding average sales.

We had to act quickly, strategically, and with precision — turning their concerns into opportunities and delivering a solution that surpassed expectations.

THE GOAL

Our mission was clear: leverage every tool in our digital marketing arsenal to generate massive exposure and drive strong buyer interest — fast. The property needed to make a big impact in a short amount of time, and we were ready to deliver.

To do that, we implemented a high-impact strategy combining:

  • Professional staging to highlight the home’s full potential

  • Cinematic video marketing to tell the story and capture attention

  • Targeted online advertising to reach thousands of qualified buyers

  • Grassroots outreach including open houses, neighbor previews, and signage

  • Modern digital tools like YouTube ads, email campaigns, and social media boosts

  • Market the 3% VA assumable online to attract VA buyers to this property and to push the purchase price up!

Our goal wasn’t just to list the home — it was to launch it like a product, create urgency, and get top dollar in a competitive market.

Meet Your Team

Patrick Longley

Listing Agent

With over 20 years of experience in digital advertising and real estate, I’ve built a career around understanding the Oahu market and leveraging modern marketing strategies to help my clients succeed. I’ve been honored as a top producer and ranked among the top 10 agents across the island—recognition that reflects the hard work and dedication my team and I put into every transaction. The many five-star reviews we’ve received mean the world to us because they show we’re doing what we set out to do: get the job done right.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me golfing, surfing, walking the beach with my wiener dog Chewbacca, or spending time with my family and our baby girl, Liliana.

Fun fact: I lived in Costa Rica for six years—and once, while surfing, I was almost attacked by a crocodile!

Tristan Farrara

Co - Listing Agent

Originally from West Michigan, I’ve built my real estate career here on Oʻahu after serving nine years in the U.S. Air Force, where I specialized in logistics. That background shaped the way I work today—focused, efficient, and always looking out for my clients’ best interests. Whether it’s buying, selling, or real estate investment, I take pride in helping people navigate the Hawaiʻi market with confidence and clarity, especially fellow service members relocating to the islands.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me out on the golf course, catching a game, hanging with my loving better half, Caroline or spending time in the water—whether that’s paddling, swimming, or diving.

Fun fact: I’ve played over 5,000 rounds of golf and still haven’t made a hole-in-one—but my clubs have! While stationed in Turkey, I lent my clubs to a friend visiting for the week, and he aced a par 3 with them while I was stuck at work.
