We conducted our initial meeting to discuss pricing and marketing strategy as well as timelines, how much they would net, and our game plan !
We brought in our design and staging team to see the space and take note of what inventory they wanted to utilize for the home.
Within just a few days later clients had all their items moved out giving our team a clean slate to work with and to work our magic !
Our cleaning crew came in and provided a deep clean inside and out.
Our design team showed up with their UHAUL and transformed the space into a stunning product.
Our photo and video team showed up to not only shoot HD photos and drone footage but also filmed three different videos for us to utilize in our marketing.
We utilized our 360 camera to shoot and scan the entire home so buyers could see the flow of the property.
Our in house digital advertising team got started with created multiple facebook ads to capture buyers attention.
Utilizing the vertical video we filmed we created a unique scroll stopping video and pumped traffic and views to the video with highly targeted ads.
Utilizing our long form HGTV style video we leveraged YOUTUBE ads to drive over 12K views to our video.
Our in house web team designed a custom website that all of our online ads coudl push the traffic to.
We wanted to create a buzz with a coming soon campaign showcasing the property exclusively to the 8,000 agents on the island.
Now time to show the world by going LIVE on the MLS and 12,000 + websites like zillow, realtor.com, and trulia
We had an exclusive open house for brokers and agents so they could get a sneak peak before we opened it up to the public.
Our first day we had over 20+ groups come thru
Our second open house was even bigger with over 30+ groups coming thru and multiple agents informing us they would be submitting offers.
Because we had such a high demand we decided to have a cut off for all offers to come in.
We ended up receiving 4 offers in total all over asking with attractive terms.
After discussing the best strategy to leverage these multiple offers with our clients we countered.
We ended up selecting an offer that was way over asking with a quick close and multiple sellers expenses covered!
We opened up escrow with our transaction coordinating team and got the paperwork and party started !
Buyer conducted their inspections of the home.
We walked our client thru how to fill out the sellers disclosure and presented it to the buyers.
On our clients behalf we order the appropriate condo docs to be provided to the buyers.
This portion takes the longest but with our concierge service we were able to take a 4-6 month process and bring it down to a 70 day process.
Per lenders request we assisted with scheduling the termite inspection.
Our staging team returned to remove all the items at of hte home to get it prepped for the new owners.
Buyers conduct final walk thru.
A grateful group of buyers and sellers sign to be one step closer to their new chapter.
Happy days! We let our clients know their funds will be hitting their bank account within a few hours and pass the keys off to the grateful new buyers.

Originally from West Michigan, I’ve built my real estate career here on Oʻahu after serving nine years in the U.S. Air Force, where I specialized in logistics. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me out on the golf course, catching a game, hanging with my loving better half, Caroline or spending time in the water—whether that’s paddling, swimming, or diving.
Fun fact: I’ve played over 5,000 rounds of golf and still haven’t made a hole-in-one—but my clubs have! While stationed in Turkey, I lent my clubs to a friend visiting for the week, and he aced a par 3 with them while I was stuck at work.
